CCF North EDSA uses CCTV monitoring for security purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to the lawful recording, processing, and sharing of your footage directly or indirectly captured by our cameras.
The capture, use, retention, and destruction of CCTV video and audio footage fall under the processing of personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
The confidentiality, integrity, and availability of recordings are maintained and protected by organizational, technical, and physical security measures:
Access to the CCTV footage viewing and storage area is secured and restricted to authorized persons only.
Access logs for the CCTV footage are updated regularly, including transfers, reproductions, and access requests.
All recorded footage is encrypted.
Any person has a right to reasonable access to their data from the footage, subject to Section 13 of NPC Advisory No. 2020-04.
CCTV footage may be disclosed to third parties for law enforcement and criminal investigations, in response to court orders, and for administrative investigations.
